Last fall, we shared some exciting organizational changes as Josh Aranda assumed the president/CEO role. At that time, we promised to share more about our new leadership structure as it was finalized. Today, we are happy to introduce our new leadership team. This seasoned group of professionals was assembled to best position us to support our clients and build a better world by strengthening nonprofits.

Vice President of Technical Solutions, Jason Ott

Jason will lead our team of technical consultants and project managers in this new role. He and his team are responsible for Technical Services including discoveries, implementations, support, and product development.

After earning degrees in Applications of Computing and Sociology from Princeton University, Jason started with MMG in 2016.  He’s been a critical part of our implementation team as a business architect on many of our most successful projects. Jason is remarkably client focused with an uncanny ability to understand the unique needs of nonprofits and translate them into technical requirements.

Vice President of Organizational Solutions, Shaun Lee

With the expansion of our offerings, Shaun leads our Organizational Consulting services and product line. This includes our Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and Measure Your Mission service lines.  Both offerings are designed to help nonprofit leaders develop a clear vision and plan to ensure they meet their mission.

Shaun is returning to Mission Matters Group after time away founding and growing his own mission-driven business.  In addition to many years in the nonprofit sector, he has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work and an MBA.

Vice President of Operations, Joe Olwig

As head of operations at MMG, Joe’s primary responsibilities are largely internal with a focus on information and systems management, finance, and internal processes.  Joe’s passion for efficiency and continual process improvement will ensure consistency and excellence in all we do.

Joe was formerly a principal at KIPP St. Louis; a national nonprofit college-preparatory, public charter school.  He came to MMG in 2018 with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Finance.

Vice President of Talent and Culture, Gretchen Pettet

As the head of HR, Gretchen’s new role is vital to our company’s growth.  Her role is centered around talent acquisition and development, organizational communication, and employee engagement.  She will work closely with Josh to further define and grow our rich culture.

Gretchen was first introduced to MMG as a client needing help with a Salesforce implementation and initially joined our team as a Technical Project Manager.  With an MA in Human Resource Development and an MBA, she has years of leadership experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

We are so excited about the new leadership team. With our company continuing to grow, we look forward to serving our existing clients more deeply, expanding our reach in the community, and bringing on fantastic talent throughout 2020. Once again, we are extremely grateful for the trust and support you provide MMG.  Our team looks forward to serving you for many years to come!
