As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you have 1-3 years experience building easy-to-use, scalable solutions. You know how to use platforms such as Salesforce to design and build solutions that support mission, empower staff and equip leaders with data to demonstrate their impact.

Your Job Experience Includes:

  • Demonstrated understanding of system administration and opportunities to automate

  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve systems issues on production systems

  • Ability to configure cloud hosted solutions and platforms

  • Experience with automation tools

  • Carry out testing activities to thoroughly review features and/or bug fixes

  • Desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Ability to work in a multi-technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause

Your Day to Day:

  • You conduct unit testing on features you built and deploy client approved features to production.

  • You participate in human-centered design sessions, troubleshoot technical problems, and research vendors or third-party applications.

  • You manage your day to ensure you time to build high quality features on systems like Salesforce, creating or updating solution documentation, or drafting wireframes to mockup design ideas.

  • You support client training, so they are equipped to use and manage all features available to them.

  • You participate in daily 15-minute standups with your project team to collaborate on the work you will do for our nonprofit clients.

  • You may collaborate with your teammates on internal initiatives focused on continuous improvement. This could include refining process, documenting best practices or goal setting.

  • As a completely virtual company, your daily commute won’t be long. You are responsible for ensuring that you work in an environment that is most beneficial to you, be it at a home office or favorite coffee shop.


  You are an experienced technologist. You love seeing how technology helps others have more impact. You have 1-3 years experience with Salesforce and other technologies and want to apply it to the nonprofit space.
