JESSICA NIEHAUS

Role at MMG: Technical Project Manager

Jessica’s professional passion: Continuous learning, positive collaboration, process improvement, making an impact, helping others grow.

What drew Jessica to MMG: I was fortunate to meet Jason through his brother.

Every subsequent conversation reinforced that I had found my people with whom I could do meaningful work.

Favorite part of her role: I’m excited to learn more about the organizations helping our community and how I can help serve them.

What drives Jessica to serve nonprofits: This is my first time working with nonprofits. I was really excited to learn about the work MMG is doing.

Being part of the MMG team is a very rewarding way to apply my skills and experience. The sky is the limit for how we can impact our community locally and beyond.

Education and career highlights: I attended public, private and Catholic schools through high school. I studied engineering in college because I was “good at math and science” but it was dreadful. I switched to Business/Information Systems quickly and have done some form of consulting ever since. My past roles have been both internal and external consulting as a project lead and analyst. In my long tenure at Nestle Purina PetCare, I was a continuous improvement leader within Supply Chain.

Family: My kids call my husband “Handy McDandy.” He fixes stuff, makes us laugh and is our all-around rock. My son Gannon is an old soul and a super sweet lover of games and puzzles. My daughter Flynn keeps us guessing with her many interests and infectious spirit.

Outside MMG: I love to travel and do most anything with my family and friends. I like to try new things. Hence, I am currently a student of improv. I coach volleyball and lead Girl Scouts. I love having a car or home full of kids.

Hidden talent: Uhhh…
