Meet the Community Council of St. Charles County: The Community Council’s mission is to be the catalyst that brings together people, organizations and resources to build a stronger, healthier and more compassionate community. “We believe strong communities take care of their most vulnerable people. As our communities grow, Community Council supports our members in their missions to help struggling people,” says Cindy McMahon-Goebel, Administrator of Accounting and Communications.
The challenge: With an ever-increasing body of constituents, there was no way to aggregate data. “Constituent data was scattered across different users and across different technological platforms,” Cindy recalls.
Why MMG: Ultimately, it was MMG’s passion for nonprofits that drove the decision. “Mission Matters Group brings a commitment to finding the best solution,” Cindy says.
The Mission Matters Group solution: MMG developed and implemented a customized Salesforce solution for managing constituent relationship information. “MMG took the time to educate our staff on the use of technology,” Cindy shares. “They also taught ‘super-users’ how to function as system administrators, with the ability to add new functionality and data fields.”
The ultimate impact: “We are able to report on our program results in a much more timely and complete fashion,” Cindy says. “This set us up for independence and future success.”
