We might have missed the official Boss’s Day last week, but we are excited to share some exciting changes in our leadership structure and invite you to help us congratulate Josh, Chuck and Jeremy on their new roles.

Dear Clients, Partners and Friends:

As always, thank you for the privilege of serving you over the years to ensure people, processes, and technology are aligned with and support your mission.  This month we celebrate Mission Matters Group’s  8-year anniversary and are excited to share some organizational changes that reflect our core values, support changes in life and create a structure that best position us to move to the next level helping our clients achieve greater impact in the communities they serve.

Today we are announcing a new alignment in the leadership structure for MMG.  Recognizing the need and value of tapping into outside perspective and strategic talent, we are also creating a Board of Directors.

Joshua Aranda, co-founder and former managing partner, has been named president and CEO of MMG. Fueled by a deep passion, incredible commitment and years of experience, his focus and energy moving forward will include:

  • Guiding the company into the future with greater impact
  • Growing and strengthening the MMG culture guided by our core values
  • Forming a new leadership team to advance our ability to help our clients
  • Creating and executing a strategic plan to meet the impact, operational and financial goals of MMG

Chuck Aranda, founder and former managing partner is assuming the role of chairman of the board.
His focus going forward will be:

  • Building a strong and diverse board to support the CEO and MMG team
  • Helping to shape and inform MMG’s long term strategy
  • Supporting the MMG leadership team to execute their strategic plan while living out the MMG core values
  • Identifying and fostering key partnership opportunities in the non-profit sector.
  • As part of our core value of family first – spending more time in support of aging parents and grandkids

Jeremy Aranda, co-founder and former managing partner is assuming a board of directors role.
His focus going forward will be:

  • Helping to shape and inform MMG’s long term strategy
  • Opening doors for MMG through his deep relationships in the social services sector
  • Consulting with the MMG leadership team on service line priorities
  • Supporting and coaching the MMG team based on his significant experience and subject matter expertise

In addition to these changes, we have assembled a deeply experienced and talented team over the last several years.  We are excited about these changes and the increased impact they will have on our ability to serve you. You will hear more exciting developments in the coming months.

Once again, we are extremely grateful for the trust and support you provide MMG.  We look forward to serving you for many years to come!

If you have any questions about these changes, please contact Joshua Aranda at joshua@missionmattersgroup.com.

Respectfully,

Mission Matters Group
